Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current oversight process.
